TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Each trip can have no fewer than four, but no more than 12 participants.

Cost per person is (NZ) $3299.00. (Main Tour)

And INCLUDES

All airfares from Christchurch, Bangkok return

All Bangkok to Chiang Mai and return arifares.

All transfers from all airports.

All accommodation.

All taxi and minivan fees to Itinerary destinations.

All fees for Itinery shows.

Breakfast meals only.

EXCLUDES

Alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages including bottled mineral water.

Individually arranged side trips (including taxi's, etc).

Passport and visa fees.

All meals apart from breakfast.

Medical*, accident, cancellation and baggage insurance.

Personal expenses, such as laundry, telephone calls, faxes, e-mails, tips, etc.

*MEDICAL INSURANCE IS ADVISABLE

REFUND POLICY

The registration deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE.
If you cancel more than 90 days before the trip begins. A full refund less the deposit will be given.
If you cancel the trip 61-90 days before the trip begins, 50% of the fee only will be refunded.
No refund will be given if you cancel 1-60 days before the trip begins, if you do not show up, or if you leave during the trip.

We recommend you purchase trip cancellation insurance to cover your should you have to cancel for any reason.
All payments will be returned if the trip is cancelled by the tour guide
